Summer Language Camp 2026

I/we, as legal representative(s), hereby confirm:

1. Participation in the 20
   I/we agree that my/our child may participate in the 2026 Language Summer Camp from July 13, 2026, to July 24, 2026.
2. Health information
   I/we confirm that all health information provided in the registration form is complete and correct (allergies, illnesses, medications, etc.).
   I/we undertake to notify you immediately in writing of any changes.
3. Medical emergencies
   In the event of a medical emergency, I/we give the camp team permission to take the necessary medical measures (visit to the doctor, admission to hospital, etc.).
   I/we will cover the costs incurred.
4. Participation in activities
   I/we agree that my/our child may participate in sports, creative, and outdoor activities (e.g., hiking, swimming, sports, campfires).
5. Rules of conduct
   I/we have read the terms and conditions and will discuss them with my/our child.
   I/we am/are aware that serious violations of the rules may result in expulsion from the camp. In this case, the camp fee will not be refunded and we undertake to collect our child immediately.

7. Photo and video recordings
   I agree/disagree that photos and videos of my/our child may be used for the website, social media, and print materials. (Please indicate this on the registration form.)
