Hebrew Course for Kids and Teens

In the Hebrew course at ILS Junior, Kids and Teens students learn the language step by step, at a pace that matches their level. The course is suitable for both beginners and children who already have some knowledge of Hebrew.

Our teachers focus specifically on pronunciation, vocabulary, grammar, listening comprehension, reading, and writing.

Learning to Read and Write Hebrew

For beginners, learning the Hebrew alphabet and the right-to-left writing direction is an important first step. Building on this foundation, reading, writing, and simple conversations are systematically developed.

Children with prior knowledge can build on their language proficiency and focus specifically on conversation, reading comprehension, and written expression.

Classes are available as private, semi-private, or trio private lessons. Flexible schedules make it easy to balance the courses with school and free time. ILS Junior offers language classes in Zurich, Bern, Basel, Aarau, and St. Gallen.
